We keep our pricing simple and transparent. Glass-only cleaning is $10 per window. If you would like the tracks cleaned, that adds $2. Basic screen cleaning adds another $2. When you choose glass, tracks, and basic screens together, the total is $14 per window.
Premium screen cleaning is available for $5 per screen. With this option, we remove the screens, take them outside, and clean them using our screen cleaner for a more detailed result.
Pricing is per pane unless it is a double-hung window, which counts as one. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site walkaround before we begin the work.

Single-Hung & Double-Hung Commercial Windows
We clean both single-hung and double-hung commercial windows. Double-hung windows count as one for pricing purposes. We operate each window carefully, open and close them with care, and avoid unnecessary pressure to protect the hardware and seals.
Tracks & Screen Cleaning Options
You can choose your level of detail. Tracks add $2 per window. Basic screen cleaning is $2 per screen. Premium screen cleaning is $5 per screen and includes removing the screens and cleaning them outside using our screen cleaner.
Interior Window Cleaning with Floor & Workspace Protection
For interior work, we use high-quality squeegees, window-cleaning ladders, towels, and drop cloths for wood floors. We wear booties or remove our shoes before entering. We use Blue Dawn dish soap for interior cleaning and take care to protect your floors and workspace while we work.
